Eligibility Requirements

 

Our program is comprised of multi-sector teams which must meet the following criteria and expectations:

Have one team member from a government public health office (state, local, or regional).

 
Applied Health Leadership Project.png
 

Have funding and/or support for their current/proposed Applied Health Leadership Project (AHLP).

 
 
Calendar.png
 

Be committed to invest the necessary time to participate in the program.

 
Retreat.png
 

Participate in the full 2-3 day retreat.

 
 
Coaching.png
 

Participate in monthly coach calls.

 
Visit.png
 

For NLAPH, participate in a site visit with their coach.

 
 
Meet.png
 
 
Complete.png
 

Meet regularly with their team to reflect and apply leadership learning in order to move their AHLP forward.

Complete all program requirements (e.g., webinars, reports, tools, and evaluation activities) and engage in cross-team learning.
